Apparently Courtney Love attended Paris Hilton's weird birthday party in Las Vegas last week... according to different links on the web (go find them), anyhoo Karl Lagerfield approached Courtney and demanded to know where she got the dress. Read WWD for the scoop As in this picture above from WWD, you can see the striking similiarities of the dress. IMO, you can see that the scoop on Courtney is missing the black ribbon interlaced with the white lacy-fringe. The dress is a good copy for sure, but clearly not Chanel's. Only true fashionistas and stylists would be able to pick up on the differences. Personally... I know I would've never spotted the difference nor have cared. But this is interesting to say the least, Karl Lagerfield wants to cut a bitch and get blood! Why the hoopla? This dress was just out on the runway a few weeks ago and HAS YET been made available for anyone. That's why Karl is upset. All I can say, wear this Karl when you find the copycat!

ABC's Grey's Anatomy may be missing a familiar piece next season since Katy is kicking rocks right now that she wasn't offered MO MONEY from the show, Grey's Anatomy on ABC. Sources according to People.com say that the blonde next door cutie is royally pissed that other stars such as, Isaiah "I did not call him a faggot" Washington and Sandra "Christine" Oh are making more money than her. Secondly, the hot redhead playing Patrick "Dr. McDreamy" Dempsey's wife, Kate "Addison Shepherd" Walsh 
may have a chance to have her own show. That leaves a bad taste with other castmembers on the show. So now we have the blonde and the little rascals all mad at the Prom Queen for getting her shot at a glory crown. Hmm, we'll see next season what happens in this melodrama! | | |

Filed under: Beyonce Knowles An urgent warning has been issued by the Health Department, warning the star-studded crowd who attended the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue party on Valentine's Day that they may have been exposed to acute hepatitis A. The list of possibly exposed guests: Beyonce Knowles, Leonardo DiCaprio's girlfriend Bar Rafaeli, and dozens of ridiculously hot bikini models.
The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health confirmed that an employee of Wolfgang Puck Catering was recently diagnosed with the disease, and has strongly urged anyone who attended the SI party, or any of the 13 other events catered by Puck between Feb. 1 - 20, to get an immune globulin shot by tomorrow to prevent illness.
When contacted, a rep from Puck's catering company would not tell TMZ which other events Puck catered, nor would they reveal how many other people may have been exposed to the illness. They did say, however, that no one who attended Sunday's Governor's Ball at the Academy Awards is at risk.
